  • ServiceNow Implementer
  • ServiceNow System Administrator
PREREQUISITES

It is recommended that students taking the course have working knowledge and experience of ServiceNow.

  • Certified System Administrator preferred
  • Completion of ServiceNow CMDB fundamentals is highly recommended
  • Scripting in ServiceNow is highly recommended
