Duration: 1 Day
$595 USD

OVERVIEW

Employers must approach workplace harassment prevention with extreme caution to reduce the risk of lawsuits, agency charges and penalties. Not only is training employees on harassment in the workplace required in many states by employment law, but it is also the first and foremost best practice in preventing legal risks associated with harassment.

The Harassment Prevention For Supervisors instructor-led training course is designed to help you acquaint others with the basics of preventing sexual harassment at work and handle complaints when they do occur. In this course, managers will learn to recognize actions that would be considered harassment under law, learn how to set up procedures to deal with harassment complaints, and understand how to prevent harassment in your organization.
