Leading SAFe® with Certified SAFe® Agilist (SA)
Code: SAFE-SA
Duration: 2 Day
$795 USD

OVERVIEW

SAFe serves as a guide to harmonize Agile development practices across an entire organization. Traditionally, organizations begin their Agile journey by focusing on individual teams, starting with a pilot team, and then moving on to transition other teams individually. However, this approach may not effectively integrate each team's efforts with the larger stakeholder requirements. The Scaled Agile Framework provides established techniques to align multiple teams to work together at the program level, and ultimately how to align multiple programs into a portfolio to maximize the value delivered to shareholders.

In this two-day SAFe Agilist (SA) certification course, you will gain the guidance and tools to build a culture of resiliency and a shared language that engages employees and focuses on customers so that your organization can work with agility at scale. By implementing Lean Software Development and Product Development Flow, you will understand how to create longer programs, referred to as Agile Release Trains, where groups of Agile teams collaborate to optimize quality and velocity to deliver even greater value to their stakeholders.

Real-World Exercises: In this course, learners will apply the concepts taught in class by breaking out into small groups or teams and completing hands-on, scenario-based exercises related to each module.
