OVERVIEW

Over the course of two days in the SAFe Scrum Master training, you will learn the responsibilities of a Scrum Master in a SAFe enterprise, learn how scrum masters empower and lead Agile teams, and understand how to facilitate Agile events like iteration planning, team sync, and iteration retrospectives. You’ll also discover how to help teams plan and complete their work using SAFe Scrum and SAFe Kanban. You’ll also learn the principles of servant leadership, so you can help develop high-performing, engaged, continuously improving teams in your own organization.

Real-World Exercises: In this course, learners will apply the concepts taught in class by breaking out into small groups or teams and completing hands-on, scenario-based exercises related to each module.
